Compliance Officer/ Accountant

Job Description

• Implement procurement compliance procedures.

• Collaborate with the Procurement Compliance Coordinator to align financial reporting with compliance requirements.

• Support the preparation of compliance reports for internal and external audits.

• Collaborate with auditors to address inquiries and resolve issues related to procurement documents

• Implement audit recommendations to improve financial and compliance processes.

• Work closely with the Procurement Compliance Coordinator, procurement team, and finance department to ensure alignment on financial and compliance objectives.

• Regularly review and update procurement documents.

• Conduct regular evaluations of procurement processes and supplier agreements to ensure compliance.

• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to line manager.

• Provide guidance and support to procurement staff on compliance-related issues.

Job Requirements

Education:

•  BSc/BA Degree in Civil Engineering, Accounting, Finance or related field of study              

Experience:

. 3 years of related work experience (experience at international company is an added advantage)
