Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and motivated professionals to apply for the position of Construction Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects to ensure that they are completed within the approved budget, schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Construction manager (CM) focuses on on-site execution and physical building operations, while a project manager (PM) oversees the entire project lifecycle, strategy, and business objectives from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.

· Develop project work plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

· Coordinate and supervise engineers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site personnel.

· Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and contractual requirements.

· Manage project costs, materials, equipment, labor, and other resources efficiently.

· Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards.

· Identify project risks, delays, and challenges and implement appropriate corrective measures.

· Prepare and submit regular project progress, financial, and performance reports to management.

· Conduct project meetings and coordinate communication among stakeholders.

· Ensure quality control, proper documentation, and timely completion of project activities.

· Review contractor performance, work completion, and project handover documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Construction Technology and Management, or a related field.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management or site management, preferably with experience managing medium- to large-scale construction projects.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, project planning, cost estimation, contract administration, quality control, and construction safety.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and multiple teams effectively.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and relevant project management software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Leadership: Excellent team management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Reporting: Ability to prepare clear technical, financial, and progress reports.
• Professional integrity, accountability, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
