Job Summary

The Content & Creative Production Specialist is responsible for producing engaging multimedia content by combining video production, graphic design, and marketing copywriting into a unified creative workflow. The role involves creating compelling visual and written content, collaborating with teams, managing media production on-site, and ensuring consistent brand storytelling across all marketing channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or TVET Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism & Mass Communication, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related creative field.
• Equivalent hands-on experience with a strong portfolio is equally valued.

Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience combining video production, graphic design, and marketing copywriting into a unified workflow.
• Strong working knowledge of camera gear, lighting setups, audio recording, and editing software.
• Excellent command of brand storytelling, visual layout design, and creative copy execution.
• Ability to work on-site to conduct shoots, manage media gear, and collaborate with teams.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating past work across video, graphic design, and writing samples.
