The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting digital and business data to support strategic decision-making and improve overall business performance. The role requires transforming raw data into meaningful insights, monitoring business performance, identifying trends, and providing recommendations that help different departments achieve their goals.

The Data Analyst will work closely with management and various teams to track key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate business operations, analyze sales and customer data, and develop reports that support growth and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics or with related field of study

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and maintain business and digital data from different sources.

• Analyze sales, customer, inventory, and operational data to identify patterns and trends.

• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports for management.

• Create dashboards and visual presentations to communicate insights clearly.

• Identify business opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement through data analysis.

• Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation.

• Collaborate with different departments to understand data needs and provide analytical support.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of company information.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools or other data analysis tools is an advantage.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
