Data Analyst (sales) Intern

Job Summary

The Data Analyst sales Intern will provide administrative, data, and market support to the Sales team to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and accurate reporting. The role will mainly support sales data management, data cleaning and validation, report preparation, documentation, and coordination of market-related activities.

Job Requirements

Experience

• Intern: fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience in reporting, commercial operations, sales operations or data analysis.

  Advertisement

• FMCG, beverage or distribution experience, is an advantage, not necessarily a requirement.

Technical skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel: PivotTables, XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, filtering and data cleaning.

• PowerPoint and professional reporting.

• Power BI or dashboard experience is an advantage.

• Experience reconciling data and tracking operational KPIs.

Behavioral skills

• High attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Strong organization and follow-up.

• Good written and verbal communication.

• Ability to coordinate with regional teams and internal stakeholders.

• Proactive problem-solving, accountability and willingness to learn.
