Department: Executive Management Reports To: The general Manager Location: Addis Ababa

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in executing company strategy and managing daily operations.

• Coordinate technical teams and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and performance indicators.

• Coordinate departments, clients, and stakeholders to resolve operational and technical challenges.

• Prepare management reports and recommend improvements in operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

• - Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, electrical and communication Engineering or closely related field.

• -Having proven managerial certificate is advantageous

Required Work Experience

• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.

Required Managerial Skills

Operational planning and execution.

• Project scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and performance evaluation.

• Team coordination, staff supervision, and resource management.

• Client communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.

• Risk identification, problem-solving, and timely decision-making.

Required Technical Skills

• Practical knowledge of software development, system analysis, database management, and application deployment.

• Understanding of AI, Big Data, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and enterprise software solutions.

• Ability to coordinate developers, software engineers, system analysts, and technical project teams.

• Knowledge of software testing, quality assurance, system integration, and technical documentation.

• Experience with Agile methodologies, project management tools, and IT service delivery.
