Askuala Link is transforming Ethiopian education through digital school management and learning systems. We are seeking a dynamic, field-ready Digital Learning Coordinator to drive partner adoption, provide technical support, and expand our presence across the Somali Region.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or with related technical field of study

• Previous experience on training non-technical users is highly advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities

School Relations:

• Conduct regular on-site visits to partner institutions and monitor platform utilization.

Training & Support:

• Train teachers, staff, and directors on system workflows

• Conduct software demonstrations; and troubleshoot technical issues hands-on.

Business Development:

• Identify prospective schools in Jijiga and surrounding areas

• Pitch Askuala Link solutions, and drive conversion and regional expansion.

Reporting:

• Maintain accurate daily visit logs, track user adoption metrics, and submit regular field activity reports.

Skills & Competencies

• Language: Strong professional proficiency in Amharic and Somali (major advantage).

• Skills: Own a laptop, possess strong troubleshooting abilities, work independently, and demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Readiness: Willingness to travel and conduct regular school visits.
