Job Description

Qualification

• BA Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in transport dispatch, fleet coordination, or logistics operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position. Strong knowledge of fleet scheduling, GPS tracking, dispatch planning, and transport operations is required.

Required Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity, commitment, and teamwork. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
