What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities:
Task Breakdown:
- Receive, register, classify, distribute, and archive company and project documents.
- Maintain document registers, revision histories, and controlled copies.
- Track approvals and ensure current drawings and documents are available to authorized users.
- Protect confidential records and support retrieval and audit requests.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Years of Experience: Above 0
Relevant Experience: Experience in document control or records administration; construction-project experience is an advantage.
Skills:
Technical Skills: Document control and filing; digital records systems; attention to detail; version control;
Soft Skills: confidentiality, communication and organization.
Education & Certifications
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Records Management, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
