Job Requirements
Qualification:-Minimum 10th Grade and Public-1 or 3rd grade driving licensee (በአዲሱ ህዝብ-1 ወይም በዱሮው 3ኛ ደረጃ መንጃ ፍቃድ)
Required Skills and experience
· Minimum 4 years of proven experience in various types of vehicles
· Proficient in driving
· Commitment to safe driving practices and passenger safety.
· Language proficiency Afaan Oromo, Amaharic and English
Duties and Responsibilities
· Ensure compliance with company policies, traffic laws, and regulations.
· Safely operate the assigned vehicle in accordance with traffic laws and regulations.
· Maintain awareness of road conditions and potential hazards.
· Ensure the safe and timely transportation of passengers or delivery of goods.
· Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, and loading/unloading cargo as necessary.
· Perform & maintenance checks on the vehicle, including checking oil, fuel, brakes, and tires.
· Report any mechanical issues or required repairs to the relevant authorities.
· Use GPS or maps for navigation and stay updated on traffic conditions.
· Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and expenses.
· Provide courteous and professional service to passengers or clients.
· Address any questions or concerns passengers or clients may have.

· Terms of employment-Regular base after 60 days of probation period
