JOB DECRIPTION

Sichen Plastic Product is seeking a responsible and experienced Isuzu Driver to transport raw materials from regional and remote areas to our factory. The driver will ensure safe, timely, and efficient delivery of materials while maintaining the highest standards of vehicle care and road safety.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Transport raw materials from regional and remote locations to the factory

• Safely load and secure raw materials onto the truck

• Ensure safe handling of goods during transportation to prevent damage or loss

• Plan and follow efficient travel routes for long-distance deliveries

• Inspect the vehicle before and after trips and report any mechanical issues

• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the truck

• Ensure all delivery documents are properly completed and submitted

• Comply with all traffic laws and company safety regulations

• Communicate effectively with warehouse and logistics teams

SALARY (Optional): 10,000 and commission in one load 600 birr

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Valid heavy-duty driving license (Isuzu/truck category)

• Proven experience in long-distance or truck driving

• Good knowledge of regional and national routes

• Ability to handle long trips and remote travel conditions

• Responsible, disciplined, and safety-focused

• Physically fit and able to assist in loading/unloading when needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

• Valid heavy-duty driving license (truck/Isuzu category)

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in truck or long-distance driving

• Ability to handle long-distance travel and remote area driving

• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety checks

• Responsible, disciplined, and reliable work attitude

Education & Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience as a truck or long-distance driver

• Minimum Grade 8 or Grade 10 completed (basic literacy preferred)

• Valid heavy-duty driving license (Isuzu/truck category) is mandatory

Required Skills:

• Safe and defensive driving skills for heavy-duty trucks

• Ability to handle long-distance and regional driving routes
