What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive staff, guests, and materials to designated locations safely and punctually.
  Conduct routine vehicle checks and report

• mechanical issues. Comply with traffic rules and company driving policies Provide employees transport service on the stated location.

• Properly obeying rules and regulations in renewal of licences (driving, insurance, annual maintenance check up, ..)
  Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily checks on tires, brakes, lights, and fluid levels; report mechanical issues to the maintenance team /Coordinator or fleet officer/.Route Navigation:

• Plan efficient travel routes using GPS systems (if available) and traffic apps, Cargo Operations: Supervise or physically assist in loading and unloading goods; securely tie down, cargo to prevent shifting.

• Compliance & Safety: Maintain precise logbooks (or utilize electronic logging devices) to comply with hours-of-service regulations.

• Customer Service: Verify delivery paperwork, collect signatures, and maintain a professional relation with clients etc

What We’re Looking For

• Educational Requirements: Certificate or High school education; valid driving license (relevant category Public-2, Dry 3፣ old 3rd & 5th, etc). The driver may have at least two license among Public-2, Dry 3፣ or old 3rd/5th

• Years of Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of professional driving experience.

• Certifications:  Training certificate on driving and troubleshooting, having additional driving license for light vehicles that valid for the company is advantageous

• Work Location: This position is based at Addis Ababa

• Contract Type: This is a permanent position.
