Job Requirements
Education
- BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering Business Administration, Marketing, Management or any related field
Main Role of the Job holder
- To bridge the gap between commercial growth and engineering execution, driving market expansion while providing expert technical direction for EV products, infrastructure, or projects.
- Understand customer mobility requirements and recommend appropriate EV solutions.
- Support corporate and institutional customers in evaluating EV fleet requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for fleet customers.

Relevant Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electric vehicles, automotive sales or distribution, automotive engineering or technical services, business development or automotive marketing. Previous direct experience in the electric vehicle or automotive sector
Required Skill
- Conduct market research on EV demand, customer preferences, competitors and emerging market trends.
- Identify potential EV models and product categories suitable for the Ethiopian market.
- Develop business proposals, market-entry strategies and commercial plans.
- Identify and develop relationships with corporate customers, government institutions, fleet operators, financial institutions and other potential buyers.
- Develop partnerships with EV manufacturers, suppliers, charging-solution providers and related technology companies.
