Job Summary: -

The Ethics & Anti-Corruption Manager is responsible for promoting ethical business conduct, strengthening the Company's integrity culture, coordinating ethics and anti-corruption programs, managing the Company's whistleblowing framework, and supporting Management in embedding ethical principles throughout Dashen Breweries S.C. The role serves as the Company's focal point for ethics and whistleblowing management and coordinates ethics and anti-corruption initiatives in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, Company policies, and guidance from relevant Anti-Corruption Commission authorities.

Key Responsibilities: -

Ethics and Integrity Culture Building

  • Develop and implement ethics and integrity awareness programs across the organization.

  • Promote the Company’s Code of Conduct, ethical values, and accountability culture.

  • Conduct ethics and anti-corruption awareness trainings for employees.

  • Support Management in embedding ethical business practices within daily operations.

  • Coordinate periodic reviews of the Company's Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy and recommend improvements where necessary.

Anti-Corruption Awareness and Coordination

  • Coordinate anti-corruption awareness initiatives in line with relevant Anti-Corruption Commission requirements and national integrity programs.

  • Liaise with external oversight and regulatory bodies on ethics and anti-corruption awareness matters where required.

  • Support implementation of integrity-related campaigns and awareness events.

  • Support implementation of the Company's Ethics Policy and Anti-Corruption Policy across all business functions.

Whistleblowing Management

  • Serve as the focal person for whistleblowing and speak-up mechanisms.

  • Receive, register, and coordinate whistleblowing reports confidentially and professionally.

  • Ensure whistleblowers are protected from retaliation in accordance with company policies.

  • Maintain whistleblowing records, reporting logs, and case tracking systems.

  • Coordinate escalation of reported cases to appropriate investigation bodies or Management committees where necessary.

  • Conduct initial assessment and classification of whistleblowing reports to determine the appropriate investigation process.

  • Prepare periodic whistleblowing trend analysis and management reports while maintaining confidentiality.

Ethics Monitoring and Reporting

  • Monitor trends related to ethics concerns, misconduct reports, and whistleblowing activities.

  • Prepare periodic ethics and integrity reports for Management.

  • Recommend initiatives to strengthen ethics culture and employee awareness.

  • Monitor implementation of ethics-related corrective actions and recommend initiatives to strengthen ethical culture across the organization.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with HR, Risk & Compliance, Internal Audit, and Legal functions on ethics-related matters.

  • Support organization-wide integrity and governance initiatives.

  • Participate in awareness programs and employee engagement activities related to ethics and accountability.

  • Coordinate with Risk & Compliance on ethics-related compliance initiatives and risk awareness activities.

  • Coordinate with Internal Audit regarding investigations involving fraud or significant control failures requiring audit involvement

Job Requirements

Required Qualification & Experience

Education

  • BA Degree in Law, Business Administration, Governance, HR Management, or related field.

  • Professional training in ethics, governance, compliance, or investigations is advantageous.

Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in ethics, compliance, governance, HR, investigations, or related functions.

  • Experience in awareness creation, integrity programs, or stakeholder coordination is advantageous.

  • Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or brewery industry is preferred.
