Executive - Key Accounts

Objective

The Executive – Key Accounts supports the management of Tamrin’s top-tier clients by handling routine requests, ensuring timely delivery of commitments, and maintaining accurate financial and CRM records. The role focuses on client satisfaction, payment follow-ups, and cross-selling opportunities, while coordinating with subsidiary sales and service teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for assigned key accounts.
Handle routine client requests, queries, and service requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of commitments and follow-ups.
Ensure timely collection of payments in line with contractual terms.
Maintain updated records of invoices, due dates, and outstanding balances in CRM/finance systems.
Regularly review aging reports to identify overdue accounts.
Coordinate with finance teams to reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain professional and courteous communication while reinforcing contractual obligations.
Conduct regular follow-ups with key clients on pending deliverables, renewals, and payments.
Escalate overdue accounts to the Manager – Key Accounts for resolution.
Work with subsidiary sales and service teams to meet client needs.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell Tamrin Group’s products and services.
Promote bundled offerings tailored to client requirements.
Assist in organizing client meetings, presentations, and reviews.
