Job Requirements

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Accounting & Finance or with related field of study

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience

• Experience with a Cenet system or other hospitality management system is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and control COGS (cost of goods sold) for all menu offerings (juices, smoothies, salads, bowls, snacks).

• Perform regular inventory audits (cycle counts, monthly full counts) and investigate discrepancies.

• Analyze product profitability by SKU, recipe, and portion control; identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

• Develop and maintain standardized recipes with precise portion costs; ensure recipe cards reflect current costs.

• Track waste, yield, and spoilage; implement waste reduction and portion control programs.

• Prepare monthly and weekly cost reports, variance analyses, and dashboards for senior management
