Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic & experienced Finance Director to oversee our organization's financial health and drive strategic growth. You will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, treasury operations, and compliance with regulatory standards. Additional duties include preparing and presenting financial reports to executive leadership and the board, leading the annual audit process, optimizing financial systems and internal controls, providing strategic guidance on investments, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement and lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management. You will also mentor and manage the finance and accounting team.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or with related field of study

• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA are strongly preferred

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2–3 years in a senior leadership or managerial role, is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities
