Job Requirement

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or with related field of study with relevant work experience.

• CPA/CA certification preferred

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the guest house and F&B operations (juice bar and salad bar).

• Monitor daily cash flow, revenue streams, and cost of goods sold; implement controls to maximize profitability.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.

• Oversee accounting processes (accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, inventory valuation) and ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Manage pricing strategies for rooms, services, and F&B items; analyze menu mix, margins, and promotions

• Prepare management /owner reports and present financial insights to guide strategic decisions.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team; establish training and career development plans.
