• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting or with related field of study.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.

• Monitor financial performance and ensure accuracy of reporting.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.

• Manage cash flow, risk, and compliance.

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and relevant stakeholders.

• Lead and mentor the finance team.

• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
