Financial Sector ESG and Sustainability Reporting Specialist

BCaD Consulting Management PLC invites applications from specialists in environmental, social and governance management and sustainability reporting within banks, microfinance institutions or related financial-sector organizations.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Master's Degree or above in Finance, Economics, Environmental Management, Sustainability, Governance, Accounting or a related field.

Experience:

• At least five years of relevant ESG, sustainability, responsible-finance or financial-sector advisory experience.

• At least two years of direct experience with banks, MFIs, investors or other financial institutions.

• At least three years of training or facilitation experience and familiarity no later than 5:00 p.m. on 21 September 2026.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training on ESG principles and their application to financial institutions.

• Cover environmental and social risk management, governance, responsible finance and stakeholder accountability.

• Explain sustainability-reporting frameworks, indicators, disclosures and reporting processes.

• Integrate ESG into MFI policies, lending decisions and portfolio monitoring, and prepare cases, exercises and assessment tools.
