Job Summary

The Finishing Forman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all architectural and finishing works on construction projects. The role ensures that finishing activities are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and project plans/schedules.

Job Requirement

• Educational Background: BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management, or a related engineering field.

•  Experience:

  • Five years and above relevant experience in building and finishing works.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a foreman or supervisory level.

  • Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise real estate is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Architectural finishing techniques and materials

• Supervise daily construction work on site.

• Manage construction employees

• Ensure work is done as per the drawings, quality standards and safety rules.

• Reporting skills required on a job, progress update and so forth

• Proven ability to manage multiple finishing works.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

• Snagging and defect rectification

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in AutoCAD/ArchiCAD/Revit

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
