Food & Beverage Outlet Manager

Job Summary

As Food and Beverage Outlet Manager, you are responsible for the Improvement of Guest satisfaction and optimizing revenue and the work sequences, observing the sales strategies and standards.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards

• Responsible for the overall operation of the outlets from Planning to controlling various functions and activities within the outlet and responsible for the service sequence

• Draw up work and holiday schedules taking account of the work to be done and personnel costs, in order to ensure an efficient service sequence as well as profitability.

• Responsible for cleanliness, tidiness and the service-standards

• Monitor the proper ordering of all goods required and their storage under clean and correct conditions

• Obtain information daily on the occupancy of the hotel and the activities in the hotel

• Planning and implementing events and promotions in the outlets

• Efficient handling of guests’ complaints and their follow up

• Increase sales figures by new sales channels by motivating and training service Team Members

• Decide, together with the HR Manager, on the assignment of Team Members and take over various training

• Supervise and monitor the external appearance and grooming of Team Members.

• Hold monthly Training and Communication Meetings, so that all Team Members participate in a meeting at least once a month

Job Requirements

• Education: B.A. Degree or Diploma in Food & Beverage Supervision or related Fields of Study

• Experience: Min. 4 years Previous Food and Beverage Outlets Supervision experience

• Positive attitude & Good communication skills

• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

• Ability to work on your own or in teams

• Previous experience in leadership of busy restaurants and working under delegation

• Certificates in various Food & Beverage Specialization areas and leadership development
