Job Requirements

• Education: BA Degree/Diploma in related fields.

• Experience: 2/3 years relevant experience Specially in restaurant company.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, quality assurance procedures, and food hygiene practices.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills to ensure food safety and product quality.

• Strong problem-solving abilities to identify, investigate, and resolve food safety and quality issues.

• Ability to conduct inspections, monitor compliance, and maintain accurate quality control records.

• Strong knowledge of HACCP principles, sanitation procedures, and relevant food safety regulations.
