French Teacher

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and motivated French teacher to teach French as a foreign language to students at [levels, e.g., primary, secondary, adult learners]. The teacher will deliver engaging lessons that develop students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver French lessons in line with the curriculum and students' levels

• Prepare teaching materials, exercises, and assessments

• Assess and track student progress, and give regular feedback

• Create an interactive classroom that encourages speaking and communications

• Maintain records of attendance, grades, and progress reports

• Communicate with parents or guardians when needed

• Take part in staff meetings, school events, and training

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in French, Education, Linguistics, or a related field

• Teaching qualification or certificate (e.g., FLE) is an advantage

• Native or near-native fluency in French (C1/C2 level), with good English

• Knowledge of modern teaching methods and educational technology
