Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage general service and administrative support activities.

• Coordinate office facilities, utilities, cleaning, security, transportation, and support services.

• Ensure availability of office and operational supplies.

• Monitor facilities and service providers.

• Coordinate transportation and vehicle-related administrative services.

• Supervise general service employees.

• Monitor general service costs.

• Coordinate maintenance and repair of facilities.

• Maintain general service records.

• Ensure efficient support services.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory experience

Minimum Computer / Software Requirement

• Basic computer skills are mandatory
