Currently the company is recruiting qualified candidates for the following position

Graduate Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

Provide frontline customer support, process counter transactions, and assist Senior Officers in collecting and organizing loan documentation. Perform all administrative and data-entry tasks accurately under close supervision.

 Duty Station : Adama

Job Requirements

Required Competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or related field.

• 0+ year of experience in banking, microfinance, or customer service (fresh graduates welcome).

• Strong attention to detail and basic numeracy skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and willingness to learn.
