Job Description

The Graduate Trainee – Finance program is a structured 12-month development journey designed to help high-potential graduates learn, grow, and build a strong foundation for a career in Finance.

Through hands-on experience, functional rotations, coaching, learning, and business assignments, trainees will gain practical exposure to key Finance areas, including Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Taxation, Internal Controls, and Financial Reporting.

The program aims to develop well-rounded finance professionals with strong analytical, commercial, and business capabilities, preparing them to contribute to business priorities and take on future Finance responsibilities.

• BA degree in Accounting & Finance
• CGPA: 3.5 and above
• Exit Exam: Pass
• Graduate of 2026 will be considered
