About the Role

Boston Partners PLC Kuriftu Resorts) is seeking a creative, talented, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Communications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that strengthen our brand identity and support marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms. The role requires strong creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing and promotional materials for both print and digital platforms.

• Create engaging social media graphics, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations.

• Develop visual concepts that align with the Kuriftu brand identity.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

• Prepare artwork for printing and digital publishing.

• Ensure consistency in branding across all communication materials.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and creative technologies.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other creative design software.

• Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects) is an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Required Skills

• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work.

• Photography and photo editing skills are an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
