Job Summary: The Guidance Counselor will provide comprehensive academic, social, and emotional support to students, aligning with the school's
commitment to holistic individual growth and moral development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling to students facing academic, personal, or social challenges.
Develop and deliver workshops on character development, peer relationships, and mental well-being.
Advise high school students on university applications, career paths, and standardized testing requirements.
Collaborate with teachers, administration, and parents to support students with diverse learning or behavioral needs.
Respond to student crises and implement preventative guidance programs.

Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Educational Psychology.
Minimum of 3 years of counseling experience, specifically within a school or youth-focused setting.
Strong empathetic listening, communication, and crisis-intervention skills.
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
