Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Masters Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management or with related field of study

• Experience: 4 – 5 years experience in the hospitality business or a similar managerial position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day hotel operations.

• Lead and coordinate hotel staff and departments.

• Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.

• Manage room reservations, front office, housekeeping, and other hotel operations.

• Monitor hotel performance, expenses, and operational efficiency.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of hotel facilities.

• Ensure compliance with hotel regulations and service standards.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.

• Good knowledge of hotel operations and customer service.

• Good at organization

• High exposure to digital marketing

• Demonstrate professional attitude and good personal conduct,

• Good communication , Good command of English

• Honesty, integrity, and reliability,

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Ability to work under pressure
