Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma, Level IV qualification, or equivalent technical training in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, HVAC, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience; hotel experience is an advantage.

• Practical knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with refrigeration cycles, electrical controls, compressors, motors, and ventilation systems.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and workplace safety standards.

• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

• Technical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis

• Preventive and corrective maintenance

• Attention to detail and safety awareness

• Time management and customer service

• Teamwork and professional conduct

• Ability to work independently and under pressure
