We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Designer / 3D Visualization Specialist based in Ethiopia to collaborate on residential and commercial interior design projects in the United States.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering skills, strong space-planning abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following design direction and meeting deadlines.

Job Requirements

Experience:

• 5–10 years of professional experience in interior design, architectural visualization, or a related field preferred.

• Experience with Mozaik CNC software for cabinetry, millwork, and manufacturing documentation.

• Previous experience working with US-based clients or international design teams.

• Experience in both residential and commercial interior design.

Location: Ethiopia (Remote)

Job Type: Freelance / Contract-Based

Schedule: Flexible, with availability during US working hours

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop accurate 2D floor plans, space plans, and 3D models based on provided measurements, drawings, and design concepts.

• Produce high-quality, photorealistic interior renderings.

• Translate design direction, inspiration images, and material selections into detailed visualizations.

• Prepare elevations, technical drawings, and design documentation when required.

• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently.

• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

• Communicate consistently and proactively throughout each project.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering skills are essential.

• Proficiency in relevant design and visualization software, including: SketchUp, Revit, V-Ray, Enscape, Maxwell Render, Chief Architect, CAD software (AutoCAD), Archicad

• Strong understanding of space planning, furniture layouts, materials, lighting, and interior detailing.

• Ability to interpret architectural floor plans and work with US measurements (feet and inches).

• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Reliable internet connection and equipment capable of handling rendering software.

 Work Expectations

• Ability to manage approximately 2–3 projects per week, depending on project complexity.

• Flexibility to coordinate with US time zones and attend scheduled meetings during US business hours.

• Responsiveness and reliable communication throughout agreed working hours.

• Ability to meet deadlines and accommodate reasonable revisions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering professional-quality work.
