JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking qualified, motivated, and professional individuals to join our growing healthcare team. Successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out the duties and responsibilities associated with their respective positions while maintaining high standards of professionalism, accuracy, confidentiality, patient service, and teamwork.
The successful candidates will work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of clinic services. They are expected to demonstrate accountability, attention to detail, effective communication, respect for patients and colleagues, and compliance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and applicable professional standards.
Candidates should be committed to providing quality service, maintaining a professional work environment, and contributing positively to the overall performance and reputation of the clinic.
IT & REPORTING OFFICER
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Collect, enter, organize, and verify data from different departments.
Maintain accurate electronic records and databases.
Support the use of healthcare information and reporting systems.
Prepare management reports and statistical summaries.
Identify data inconsistencies and coordinate necessary corrections.
Support departments with data and reporting requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of reports and data.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong computer and data-management skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Ability to prepare accurate reports and work with large amounts of data.
Previous experience in reporting or a healthcare environment is an advantage.
Strong analytical and organizational skills
