JUNIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist senior designers with architectural concept design, design development, and construction documentation.

• Use AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino to prepare drawings, architectural models, and design presentations.

• Assist in preparing plans, elevations, sections, architectural details, and design notes.

• Revise drawings and models in response to review comments and check consistency across design documents.

• Support multidisciplinary coordination, site information compilation, and document revision control.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a related discipline, with 0–5 years of relevant experience. Strong fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Software Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and practical working knowledge of Revit (including basic architectural modelling, view setup, and drawing production).

• Ability to use Rhino for basic 3D modelling and design studies.

• Technical Competencies: Good architectural drawing, drafting, and spatial understanding skills, with a basic knowledge of building construction and detailing.

• Soft Skills & Attributes: Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to revise drawings accurately and promptly based on feedback; good teamwork skills.

• Language Proficiency: Basic English reading and communication skills.

• Added Advantage: Familiarity with Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, D5 Render, or Adobe Creative Suite.
