Job Summary: The Junior Card Banking Officer supports the day-to-day monitoring and operational activities of the card banking function. The role assists with transaction issue resolution, coordination with branches and service providers, and follow-up on reconciliation and system performance to help maintain efficient card and digital payment services under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist in monitoring card banking transactions and flag potential issues for timely resolution.
• Support the investigation and resolution of routine transaction problems in coordination with branches and service providers.
• Help with reconciliation follow-ups and maintain accurate tracking of outstanding items.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as directed to support smooth daily operations.
• Contribute to the preparation of operational reports on transactions, issues, and system performance.
• Follow established procedures and escalate complex matters to senior staff as required.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and operational guidelines in all assigned tasks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the card banking unit.
Job Requirements
Master’s /B.sc Degree in Computer Science or Information Science or Information Systems or Electrical and Computer Engineering or Information Technology and related fields; with 2 years of related work experience respectively of as officer role in IT areas.
