Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management/Business Management or other related fields

• Experience: 2 Years Related Experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in the study of clear IBOs Follow up and Control functions mission and strategies focused towards their performance improvement.

  Advertisement

• Participate in the study of study IBOs Follow up and Control procedures, policies and standards.

• Assist the study of IBOs selection criteria and submit to Head, IBOs Follow up and Control Division.

• Collect and keep accurate records and document of IBOs personal and performance data safety.

• Assist Senior IBOs Follow -up and Control Officer on the Analysis of IBOs statistics and compile accurate reports.

• Assist Senior IBOs Follow up and Control Officer on the study of the means of IBOs developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.

• Participate in the preparation of budget of the division.

• Performs other function as required.
