Job Summary

The Junior Insurance Officer is responsible for assisting in the administration and management of the organization’s insurance policies, coordinating insurance-related activities, maintaining insurance records, processing insurance claims, and ensuring the timely renewal of insurance coverage for employees, vehicles, construction equipment, projects, and other organizational assets in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, processing, and renewing insurance policies for employees, vehicles, construction equipment, and other organizational assets.

• Maintain and update insurance records, policy documents, premium payment schedules, and related correspondence.

• Follow up on insurance policy renewals to ensure continuous insurance coverage.

• Assist in preparing and submitting insurance claims for accidents, property damage, employee injuries, and other insured losses.

• Collect and verify the documents required for insurance claims and follow up with insurance companies on claim settlements.

• Coordinate with insurance companies, brokers, project offices, and relevant departments on insurance-related matters.
