Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide basic IT support to employees and assist with day-to-day technical issues.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Install and maintain computers, software, and other IT equipment.

• Set up computers, workstations, and other devices for new and existing employees.

• Assist with network and system maintenance.

• Support daily IT operations and perform other related technical duties as assigned.
