Junior Marketing Officer

Job Summary

On behalf of our client we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to support business growth, promote company products, and strengthen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales growth
• Identify potential customers and new business opportunities
• Promote products through online and offline marketing channels
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Prepare marketing reports and monitor campaign performance
• Coordinate with sales and other departments for effective marketing activities

Requirements

• BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 6-month-1year of relevant marketing or sales experience
• Fluent in both English and Amharic
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of social media and marketing tools
• Creative, organized, and result-oriented
