Job Description

Position Overview

The Junior Planner supports the planning and performance management activities of Blue Mountain Bottling & Manufacturing S.Co. by collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting operational and business data. The role assists in preparing plans, monitoring actual performance against plans, identifying gaps and variances, and providing timely information to support management decision-making and operational coordination across the Company’s business activities.

Top Roles and Responsibilities

Planning and Data Management

  • Support the preparation of departmental and company-level operational plans in line with approved objectives and priorities.

  • Collect, organize, validate, and maintain planning and performance data from relevant departments.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date planning databases, trackers, and reporting files.

  • Support the preparation and updating of production, sales, manpower, resource, and other operational plans as required.

  • Assist in consolidating departmental plans into comprehensive company-level plans.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis

  • Monitor actual performance against approved plans, targets, and key performance indicators.

  • Track progress, identify gaps and variances, and prepare timely updates for management review.

  • Conduct basic quantitative analysis of operational and business data to identify trends and performance issues.

  • Support the preparation of periodic performance reports and management dashboards.

  • Follow up on outstanding planning and performance-related actions and provide status updates.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic planning and performance reports as assigned.

  • Compile and analyze data required for management meetings, performance reviews, and planning sessions.

  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely submission of planning reports and supporting documents.

  • Maintain proper records of plans, reports, performance data, and related planning documents.

Coordination and Follow-Up

  • Coordinate with production, sales, finance, HR, procurement, maintenance, and other departments to collect required planning information.

  • Follow up with responsible departments on planned activities, deliverables, and performance updates.

  • Support communication and coordination between departments on planning and performance matters.

  • Escalate significant delays, data inconsistencies, or performance gaps to the immediate supervisor.

Planning Improvement Support

  • Support the identification of planning and operational performance gaps.

  • Assist in developing simple analytical reports and planning tools to improve monitoring and follow-up.

  • Participate in planning, performance review, and improvement initiatives as assigned.

  • Support continuous improvement of planning and reporting processes within the Company.

Performs other related duties as directed.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of relevant work experience.

  • Fresh graduates with strong analytical and reporting capabilities are encouraged to apply.
