Key Account Sales Officer ( Buna pen & Buna plate)

Job Description

Job Summary ;- The Key Account Sales offers is responsible for managing and growing strategic customer accounts for the company’s plate products. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships, driving revenue growth, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while aligning with company sales and production goals. The role require 70 % in trade and 30% in office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, and large-volume customers

• Drive sales growth through account expansion, upselling, and new product introductions

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to meet profitability targets

• Forecast sales volumes and coordinate with warehouse, and logistics teams

• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity within the plate market

• Ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve customer issues or complaints efficiently

• Prepare sales reports, account performance reviews, and revenue forecasts

• Collaborate with marketing on promotions, launches, and customer-specific initiatives

• Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events

• Team work with Sales and marketing staffs

• Prepare and submit regular reports

Job Requirements

Qualification and Skills

Education 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Experience 

• Above 3 years of sales or key account management experience (manufacturing or FMCG preferred)

Skills 

• Revenue growth per key account

• Customer retention and satisfaction

• New business development within existing accounts

• Accuracy of sales forecasts
