RADISSON HOTEL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT – ADDIS ABABA

We are a reputable construction company engaged in the execution of a Radisson Hotel Project in Addis Ababa is looking for qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to join its project team.

PROJECT LOCATION: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – Radisson Hotel Project

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Strong commitment to quality, safety, productivity, and project deadlines.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel construction environment.

• Ability to coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, foremen, and other project stakeholders.

• Professional attitude, discipline, and problem-solving ability.

• Knowledge of construction drawings and site procedures relevant to the position.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

• 2+ years

Key Requirements / Responsibilities

• Carry out setting-out, leveling, alignment, elevations, grid lines, benchmarks, floor levels, partitions, ceilings, doors, and other fit-out works.

• Must be capable of using Auto Level, Total Station, and Laser Level.

• Ability to read architectural/structural drawings and maintain accurate survey records.
