Job Requirements

Education:

• TVET Level II or equivalent qualification in any field of study

• Additional education or training in Logistics, Store Management, Fleet Management, Transportation, or a related field is an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience

• Relevant practical experience in store, vehicle, fleet, logistics, or material delivery coordination is highly desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the daily utilization of company vehicles.

• Prepare and maintain accurate vehicle assignment, movement, and trip records.

• Follow up on vehicle servicing, preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs.

• Coordinate and monitor site material deliveries to ensure materials are delivered to the required project sites on time and in accordance with approved requests.

• Coordinate vehicle allocation for material delivery, site operations, and other operational requirements.
