Job Description

Job Purpose

Coordinate end-to-end freight forwarding and customs clearance operations, ensuring timely delivery, client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and accurate invoicing.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or with related field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in freight forwarding, customs clearing, and logistics operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on shipments from initial booking and documentation through transportation, customs clearance, final delivery, and invoicing.

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing shipment updates and resolving operational issues.

• Coordinate with internal teams, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customs authorities.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents, customs declarations, and transit documentation.

• Monitor shipment progress, delivery schedules, operational costs, and service performance.

• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, supporting documents, and shipment file closure.

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, transit procedures, and company policies.

• Maintain accurate shipment records and provide regular operational reports.

Skills & Competencies

• Good understanding of import/export procedures, customs documentation, and inland transportation.

• Strong client communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.
