LOWER SECONDARY COORDINATOR – GERMAN CAMPUS
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced iLower Secondary Coordinator to lead and support the academic delivery of the iLower Secondary section. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and academic leadership to ensure effective curriculum implementation, strong teaching practices, appropriate assessment, and continuous improvement in student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of the Pearson iLower Secondary Curriculum.
Support teachers with curriculum planning and instructional practices.
Monitor teaching, learning, assessment, and student progress.
Provide guidance and professional support to teachers.
Promote consistent academic standards across the section.
Work closely with the Principal – Academics and teaching team.
Contribute to professional development and school improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field; Master’s preferred.
Demonstrated middle-leadership experience in an educational setting.
Strong knowledge of the Pearson iLower Secondary Curriculum.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of assessment and student progress monitoring.
Experience in an international-school environment is highly desirable.
