Job Description

Position: Machine Operator
Place of work: burayu industrial zone
Employment type: permanent
Salary: company scale

 Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating machines according to established procedures

• Monitoring machines for proper operation and making necessary adjustments

• Troubleshooting and resolving machine malfunctions Inspecting parts for quality and accuracy

• Maintaining accurate production records

• Performing routine maintenance checks on equipment

• Following strict safety rules and regulations

• Assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery

• Working with others to ensure equipment is in proper working order

• Setting up machines to start a production cycle dciplinary  processes 

• Monitor employee attendance, absenteeism, lateness, and leave records.

• Prepare HR reports related to attendance, turnover, leave, manpower, and Employee movements.

• Coordinate training programs, orientations and awareness on Ethiopian labor law

• Maintain training records and evaluate training participation and documentation.
  

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Education: BSC degree in Mechanical Engineering or Level 4 completed in General Mechanic or Advanced Diploma in Industrial Mechanic having COC certificate in any type of factory if possibly food factory

• Experience: For BSC 0 Years for Level and Advanced Diploma minimum 2 years
