Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or with related field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience on Marketing and related areas

• Quantity Required: 4

• Salary: ETB net 10,000/month + Sales Commission

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the marketing team.

• Communicate with customers in person and via phone።

• Drive sales performance and ensure team targets are achieved.

• Coach, monitor, and evaluate marketing officers.

• Prepare marketing and sales performance reports.

• Identify new business opportunities and support customer acquisition.

• Ensure marketing activities are aligned with company goals and policies.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and leadership skills.

• Strong sales-oriented mindset and target-driven attitude.

• Ability to supervise teams and coordinate marketing activities.

• Good reporting and problem-solving skills.
