Hold a relevant diploma, degree, or professional qualification from a recognized institution.
Possess the appropriate professional license where required.
Demonstrate strong professional ethics, confidentiality, and integrity.
Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism when working with clients and their families.
Previous experience in mental health, rehabilitation, substance-use treatment, healthcare, or community-based services is an advantage.
Be willing to work in accordance with YCO's policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards.
Job Requirements
Medical Laboratory Technician – 1 Position
Diploma or relevant qualification in Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field with a valid professional license. Applicants should have skills in specimen collection, routine laboratory testing, drug/toxicology screening, laboratory documentation, equipment handling, and infection-control procedures. Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience is an advantage.
