NID TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFICER (GENERAL SERVICE)

• Required Quantity: 06 (Six) — 1 per location

• Salary Range: Negotiable

• Terms of Employment: Contract-based (renewable)

• Working Languages: Afaan Oromo, Amharic, and English (Afaan Oromo is mandatory)

• Place of Work: Addis Ababa (1), Shashemene (1), Jimma (1), Bule-Hora (1), Nekemte (1), Haramaya (1)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day NID printing center operations, logistics, personnel, and equipment.

• Oversee NID printing machine maintenance, material supply inventory, and vendor service contracts.

• Coordinate transportation schedules, vehicle usage, and facility cleanliness/janitorial services.

• Assist in safety protocol implementation and ensure an accessible environment for vulnerable individuals and persons with special needs.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields.

• 2/1 year proven experience in National ID Registration or Technical Support; skills in general maintenance preferred.
