Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Comprehensive Nursing from a recognized government university

• Experience: 0 year

• Quantity Required: 1

• Location: Holeta

• Salary (Gross): 16483

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ health conditions and monitor vital signs.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by authorized healthcare professionals.

• Provide basic nursing care, including hygiene, feeding, and patient comfort.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

• Assist doctors and senior nurses during examinations and medical procedures.

• Educate patients and their families about health, treatment, and disease prevention.

• Maintain infection prevention, patient safety, and confidentiality standards.

• Report changes in patients’ conditions promptly to the responsible healthcare professional.

• Maintain professional conduct and comply with hospital policies and procedures.

• Participate in teamwork, training, and continuous professional development.
